The Leshy Products Warranty Terms

I. General warranty conditions
1. The warranty in our shop covers all products, but varies in length depending on
by product type:
a) 24 months: mains chargers
b) 12 months: cables
2. The warranty period is counted from the moment the customer receives the product.
3. The warranty is valid in Poland, in accordance with Polish law.

II. What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers physical defects of the product. If a defect is found, we will take appropriate action
actions, i.e. we will replace the product with a new one or refund the money.
If it is not possible to exchange the product for an identical one, we will contact the customer to
agreeing on the best alternative to the faulty product (e.g. a different colour or different specification),
but not of a worse specification than the one that was purchased.

III. What is not covered by the warranty
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and related faults. This applies to damage
caused for example by:
a) the conditions in which the product is used, e.g. contamination, dust, chemicals, exceptionally
high or low temperature, contact with liquids, external ionizing radiation or field
magnetic;
b) improper use, transportation and storage;
c) incorrect assembly and maintenance of the product, not in accordance with the instructions or
directions;
d) using the product contrary to its intended purpose.

IV. How to file a complaint
If you notice a product defect, you should file a complaint with us. In such a situation:
1. You must have and prepare a purchase document (receipt or invoice).
2. Complaints should be submitted via:
a) contact form available on our website at: .........
b) by sending an email directly to our postal address: sklep@theleshy.pl
3. After receiving your report, we will respond with information on what to do next.
4. The product must be delivered to us complete and securely packed (it does not have to be
packed in original packaging), along with all accessories.
Shipping is at our expense, to the indicated address and by a carrier of our choice.

V. When the warranty expires

The warranty will become null and void if:
a) the product is repaired or improperly modified and serviced at your own expense;
b) the seals are damaged (if any are present on the product);
c) the product is mechanically damaged due to the customer's fault, and it is not a physical defect;
d) the serial numbers of the product are removed or covered;
e) the product is connected and used with other devices contrary to their instructions.

VI. Additional information
To the extent not covered by our warranty, generally applicable provisions of law apply.
